Moreland Zebras has announced its first additions to its 2017 squad, securing the services of Javier Marangos and Kaspar Scheiber.
The pair both come from Richmond where Marangos featured in the senior team while Scheiber played in the U20s which finished on top of the table this season.
Adding stability to the Moreland defense, Javier Marangos was awarded the most improved player for Richmond this year while Scheiber is sure to add another element of creativity in midfield.
The arrival of the two youngsters also comes as midfielders Bradley Murray and James Kelly depart for Werribee City and Dandenong City respectively. The latter also linked up with his brother Shaun Kelly who joined from Port Melbourne.
Moreland were vying for promotion in the NPL2 West this season but ultimately finished fifth after losing three of its last five games in the season.
